Excited to share that the building activity of NMA projects in IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat in finishing stages now.

This project is a new innovative model for a progressive environment for student communities exhibiting transparency, access and collaboration. Highly innovative sustainable strategies are being tried out in India for the first time. To ensure thermal comfort, a ‘Cooling Strategy’ has been planned involving radiant cooling, combining passive cooling with an innovative ‘assisted’ PDEC (Passive  Downdraught Evaporative Cooling) and green softscapes are maximized with the built form orientation.
